Shipping & Delivery Policy

CreateResume sells access to digital features and AI credits. It does not currently sell or ship physical goods. No courier, postal delivery, physical tracking number, or shipping fee applies.

References to “delivery” in this policy mean granting the purchased entitlement or credits to the CreateResume account used for the order.

After checkout, CreateResume verifies the payment status server-side with Razorpay. Delivery occurs only after that verification confirms that the payment is captured, not merely created, pending, or authorised.

• Job Hunt Pro is applied as a one-time entitlement to the purchasing account.
• AI credit packs add the purchased number of credits to that account.
• AI credits included with Job Hunt Pro are added with the Pro entitlement.

Delivery is normally automatic after captured-payment verification. Payment-provider delays, security review, or a temporary service issue can delay fulfilment.

Sign in to the same CreateResume account used at checkout and review its billing or order history, plan access, and AI credit balance. Keep the Razorpay payment confirmation or order reference until the benefit appears.

AI credits currently remain available until they are used or reversed as part of a refund, dispute, or payment correction.

If Razorpay shows a captured payment but the purchased benefit is missing, first refresh the account and confirm you signed in with the account used for checkout. Then email [email protected] with:

• your CreateResume account email;
• the Razorpay order or payment reference;
• the purchase date, amount, and currency; and
• a brief description of the missing benefit.

Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or one-time passwords. CreateResume will reconcile the server-side payment record and either deliver an eligible purchase or handle it under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Digital delivery does not depend on a postal address. Product availability, payment methods, currencies, taxes, and pricing may vary by location and by the options Razorpay makes available at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that using the service is lawful where you live and that your device and internet connection meet the service's requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits delivery, remedy, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a mandatory rule conflicts with this policy, that rule prevails.
