Lead a crew of 9 maintaining 14 lifts, including 3 high-speed detachable six-packs and an 8-passenger gondola, with 2.1M rider trips a season. Raised lift availability from 96.8% to 99.3% over three seasons by moving grip and sheave work to a planned maintenance schedule in eMaint CMMS. Ran the off-season rebuild of a Doppelmayr detachable quad: replaced 104 grip springs, re-lined 22 sheave assemblies, and passed state inspection 9 days early. Cut unplanned drive stoppages 43% by tracing recurring VFD faults to a failing encoder and a loose ground on the main drive. Run daily, weekly, and monthly ANSI B77.1 inspections and keep audit-ready records; zero findings in the last two Utah Passenger Ropeway Safety Committee audits. Wrote 18 lockout/tagout and rope-access procedures and trained 26 seasonal staff in evacuation and fall protection.

Maintained 7 fixed-grip chairs and 2 surface lifts: gearbox oil sampling, brake testing, bullwheel bearing checks, and tower line work. Helped splice and re-tension a 6,200 ft haul rope with the rope contractor; logged all splice measurements for state review. Rebuilt hydraulic tensioning cylinders in-house, saving about $31K versus vendor rebuilds. Served on the lift evacuation team; ran 12 rope evacuation drills a season with ski patrol.

Ran loading and unloading for fixed-grip chairs and did daily operator checks; moved into maintenance after the first season. Assisted with summer tower painting, sheave changes, and comm-line repairs.
