Lead 4–6 person crews installing Schedule 40/80 carbon steel and stainless process piping for hospital boiler upgrades and school hydronic retrofits totaling 12,000+ LF. Fabricate and weld butt, socket, and flange joints per ASME B31.1/B31.9; pass 98% of first-pass X-ray and hydro tests on recent turnarounds. Read P&IDs and isometric drawings; coordinate with millwrights and electricians to sequence valve manifolds, pumps, and steam traps with <2-day schedule slip. Mentored 3 apprentices through UA local skills; zero OSHA recordables on assigned crews in 2024–2025.

Installed and repaired high-pressure steam and condensate systems for food-processing and energy clients; cut, threaded, and welded pipe ½"–10". Performed hydrostatic and pneumatic tests; documented punch lists and as-built markups for QA closeout.
