Lead a 4-technician crew servicing 140 commercial accounts, including 2 hospital campuses, a 28-building community college, and 3 cleared defense-contractor facilities. Designed and installed a 4-level Medeco X4 master-key system for a 3,200-door hospital campus; cut unaccounted keys from about 900 to 0 with a new key-control database. Installed and programmed 410 Lenel OnGuard and HID Signo readers, 96 controllers, and electric strikes and maglocks; commissioned every door with the IT team and passed owner acceptance on the first walk. Retrofitted 230 fire-rated openings with NFPA 80-compliant exit devices, closers, and electrified hardware; zero deficiencies on 3 annual fire-marshal inspections. Cut average emergency lockout response from 90 to 42 minutes by redesigning on-call zones and stocking vans with core and cylinder kits. Wrote the shop's door-hardware submittal templates and trained 6 apprentices on pinning, key-code charting, and ADA hardware rules.

Rekeyed, pinned, and serviced Best, Schlage Everest, and Corbin Russwin cores for 70+ retail, school, and property-management clients; handled 15–20 work orders a day. Installed panic bars, mortise locks, and continuous hinges on hollow-metal and storefront doors; supported 12 tenant-improvement projects with general contractors. Opened and serviced 300+ safes and vaults, including combination changes and time-lock repairs for 4 regional credit unions. Built a van inventory system in Excel that cut repeat trips for parts by 35%.

Cut and duplicated keys, rekeyed residential and light-commercial locks, and assisted on automotive transponder programming. Learned key-code charting, pinning math, and door-closer adjustment under a master locksmith.
