Maintain a 210,000-feature parcel and zoning geodatabase for 3 county clients, publishing weekly updates to ArcGIS Online. Wrote ArcPy topology and attribute QA scripts that cut parcel-update turnaround from 5 days to 3 and reduced edit errors 62%. Built 14 ArcGIS Dashboards and StoryMaps for wildfire-risk, floodplain, and road-maintenance programs, used by 300+ staff. Configured Field Maps and Survey123 forms for 25 field crews, replacing paper logs and saving ~120 staff hours per quarter. Georeferenced and digitized 1,800 historical plat sheets to support a county addressing overhaul. Supported a FEMA floodplain map revision by running HEC-RAS result overlays and impacted-structure counts.

Classified 4,600 sq mi of sagebrush habitat from Sentinel-2 imagery using supervised classification in ArcGIS Pro (86% accuracy). Cleaned and merged 9 years of GPS wildlife-collar data (1.2M points) into a PostGIS database with documented metadata. Produced 40+ print-ready grant and permit maps meeting BLM cartographic standards.

Audited 12,000 address points against utility billing records, resolving 780 mismatches. Built a QGIS model to flag permit applications inside wildland-urban interface zones. Assisted with public-meeting maps for the Comprehensive Plan update.
